Delivery Schedule:
We offer two levels of service to give you the widest choice on price and speed of delivery. We guarantee orders received by 5pm on any working day (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched within twenty four hours, orders received at weekend and bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Shipping and Handling:
Postage and packing charges apply to all items purchased using the electronic shopping basket facility.
Postage and packing charges within the UK are shown in relation to the cost of the ordered items.
Craftngo reserves the right to notify you if postage to your chosen destination is significantly higher than the postage rate indicated due to the destination or the bulk, weight value of the item being shipped. If this is the case we will email you with information about the amended rate and will only proceed with the order when you confirm that the amended amount is acceptable.

UK orders under £50.00: Charged at £5.00 postage on standard delivery only. (2nd Class Signed For)
UK orders over £50.00: Will receive free postage on standard delivery only.

Returns Policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return an item to us within 14 days from the date you receive your goods. Within the European Union, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days beginning the day after the date that the item is delivered. It must be in its original condition and returned to us at our address shown above. We recommend that you receive a proof of posting or send it by recorded delivery. We cannot accept returned fabric cut to your specific requirements. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective and therefore postage and packaging charges are not refundable. If we have to collect an item for you we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you. This does not affect your statutory rights
Your right to refund: you should get a refund within 14 days of Craftngo receiving the goods back, or you (customer) providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is sooner.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items. Please call or email us if you have a problem with an item that is damaged or defective. We will discuss arrangements for rectifying the problem. We will refund the delivery charges incurred in returning the item to us (either via a personalised pre-paid envelope and return label, or by refunding your return postage costs). We check all items returned to us and if we cannot find a fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item(s) and to recover any costs incurred in recovering it from you.

Payment: to make a purchase on, just add items to the cart, fill in all the details and click the order button. We accept payment through PAYPAL – you do not have to have a PayPal account to use it – a credit card is enough (we take most cards, except for American Express).
If you are emailing about an order or have a specific enquiry then it is very helpful to us if you include your name, telephone and postcode and an order number if you have one.

Important Information about fabrics used for patchwork projects.
All patchwork fabrics are 100% cotton with a nominal width of 106-114cm (42″-44″) unless stated otherwise.
Due to the limitations of colour printing, image colours may vary from actual fabric colours, with certain colours (such as reds) being particularly difficult to reproduce. Use the images on this online shop only as a guide, please do not use them to colour match fabric.
Washing patchwork fabrics.
Some patchworkers prefer not to prewash fabric, but prewashing new fabrics generally ensures that there will be no uneven shrinkage and no transfer of colours when the finished piece is washed. These guidelines apply to most 100% cotton fabrics, but we would always advise testing a small piece first as manufacturing processes do vary:
Unfold all fabrics before putting into the washing machine.
Wash light coloured fabrics in tepid water with a phosphate free detergent.
Soak dark coloured fabrics individually in cold water for approximately half an hour and then machine wash in cold water with a phosphate free detergent.
Ensure your washing machine is set to a low spin cycle, Tumble fabric almost dry then remove and press with an iron.
Completed quilts made from light and dark fabrics should only be washed in cold water
